    INGREDIENTS
    1 egg
    2 cups biscuit baking mix
    1/3 cup sugar
    2/3 cup milk  Metric
    2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    ¾ cups blueberries fresh or frozen, drained

    DIRECTION
    Step 1
    Heat up oven to about 400℉. Lubricate the bottoms of 10 medium muffin cups
    Step 2
    Beat eggs slightly in medium-sized bowl; add 1/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup milk, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix
    Step 3
    Fold blueberries into batter. Split batter equally among cups and Bake until golden brown. (it takes about 14 to 17 minutes)
