    INGREDIENTS
    2 pounds flounder fish fillets
    ½ cup olive oil
    ¼ cup lemon juice
    2 teaspoons salt
    ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    ½ teaspoon cajun seasoning

    DIRECTION
    Step 1
    Place fish on a well-oiled grill. Add the ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon cajun seasoning and cover fish.
    Step 2
    Grill turning and basting from time-to-time, until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the middle.
